This Shock Pack Elastic Snap Hook and Rebar Lanyard with High Strength (L-613-18-HS) is equipped with a high strength elastic strap that expands and retracts when in use. This lanyard meets or exceeds the requirements of OSHA and ANSI Z359.

• Tubular webbing with an elastic core rated at over 23kN (5,000 lbs.). 
•  One carbon steel double locking snap hook. Rated at over 23kN (5,000 lbs.).  
• One double locking rebar hook. Rated at over 23kN (5,000 lbs.).      
• This lanyard has an internal shock absorber and can be used for general fall protection.
